When the Church was birthed in Acts 2, the early believers were all gathered together, then they dispersed to individual homes where they continued to talk about the things they were learning and to spur one another on in their new faith. These early believers were getting together in small groups to flesh out their faith as they gathered around dinner tables.
With the early Church's example as a backdrop, Connection Groups are designed to further connect people relationally as we seek to live into the grace, love and mission of our great God. Connection Groups are made up of individuals, couples and families who live in geographical proximity to one another. Although each group is unique based on the makeup of those involved, all groups spend time in fellowship, Bible study, prayer, and service.
